Announcements

People are still taking the exam, so exams have not been graded yet. Those who took it in class may have a grade online by Friday, but others will have to wait longer.

Jayson Lusk, the author of Food Police recently published an editorial about GM wheat at The New York Times. You might find it useful for your paper, especially the comments at the bottom.

Also, remember that for part of your paper you must take an issue not discussed in Food Police and speculate what Lusk would say about it. The new, upcoming series on Hulu+ by Chipotle might be a good one.

Schedule to begin class (remember, if your name is on the list, be prepared to present it early in case the scheduled student is absent):

Feb 10: Wright, Jessie (Words of wisdom from their parent or respected adult about what careers students should consider to earn a comfortable income while also enjoying their job)
Feb 12: Standridge, Allie Marie (words of wisdom from parent on managing money) 6
Feb 14: Christian, Allison (Personal words of inspiration about how to live a moral, meaningful life)
